USEARCHITECTURE is an architectural practice aimed for users. We want our buildings to be used, to be lived in. Do you use architecture? Read on.
Our projects convey the local atmosphere, speak the local language and breathe the local customs. We care about the users of our architecture(s) to feel both the familiarity and the renewal of the spaces we design for them. We care about the design processes to be inclusive, passionate, effective, sustainable, resilient, playful. Our structures, from the smallest detail to the entire building, are honest to their materiality and purpose, offering authentic living experiences for their users.
ABOUT
USEARCHITECTURE was established in 2009 in Thessaloniki Greece and it expanded to Athens in 2012. Until today it has gained the trust of several clients many of which are recurring. The team comprises of valuable internal and external collaborators with notable experience, that ensure the delivery of high quality architectural projects.
MARIA KOUTSARI
Architect Engineer,
MSc Urban Planner
Maria Koutsari is an Architect and Urban Planner with studies in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2007), IAAC/UPC Barcelona (2009) and National Technical University of Athens (2012). She founded “USEARCHITECTURE” studio with Antigoni Manolaki in 2009. Her professional activity currently includes the design and supervision of renovations in the hospitality sector as well as several private projects such as offices, apartment renovations and private housing. In parallel, she is Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Regional and Urban Studies, NTUA and IKY Siemens Scholar.
ANTIGONI MANOLAKI

MSc Construction Manager
Antigoni Manolaki is an Architect with studies in Architecture and Construction Management in Thessaloniki. She has collaborated with several architectural offices and construction companies before founding “USEARCHITECTURE” studio with Maria Koutsari in 2009. Her professional interests include field supervision and construction management for projects in the hospitality sector as well as several private housing projects, in order to deliver integrated architectural solutions.
ELENA ANTONOPOULOU

Elena Antonopoulou is an Architect holding a Masters in Architecture from N.T.U.Athens. She has collaborated with numerous architectural offices and multidisciplinary teams before joining “USEARCHITECTURE” studio in 2018. She is currently professionally active in the fields of design and supervision of housing and hospitality projects. In parallel, she is a N.T.U.A. PhD candidate and IKY-SIEMENS scholar.
