The project deals with the conversion of a residential building into a contemporary hospitality complex. Extensive design processes took place for a total alteration of the interior and the exterior spaces of the property.
The building expands in three levels and has 14 standard or premium suites. There is also a reception and lounge area combined with the breakfast area which occupies both indoor and outdoor space with stanning panoramic view of Kefalos bay and Saint Nicolas island. The outdoor space transformed in order to serve the needs of the new users, both in common areas, such as the renovated main swimming pool, and private yards, which carry smaller pools or private hot tubs. Extensive vegetation was added in the surrounding landscape in order to offer a pleasant outdoor living and the enhancement of privacy for the residents.
